TAS TDA Form

Do you teach appliqué? Do you design appliqué patterns? Have you published a book on appliqué? If so, would you like to be listed as a resource for The Appliqué Society (TAS)?
The resource list is a FREE source of information for all TAS members and non-members. It’s purpose is to be a source for those looking for teachers, lecturers, or assistance with appliqué techniques or questions.

The TDA Resource List may be utilized by TAS as a resource in assisting with the development of future newsletters articles. TAS may, also, contact any member listed for their assistance in answering member’s questions concerning appliqué.

When you agree to be listed, you are eligible to have your name and information listed on The Appliqué Society’s website. Please indicate, in the space provided at the bottom of this sheet, if you would or would not prefer to be listed.

Please note: By including your name on the list and on the website, TAS is not endorsing you, your classes, your designs, or your products. This is a FREE service TAS provides to it members. TAS retains the right to include or exclude any or all information provided for the web page.

All, or any portion of, information supplied to TAS may be used in the TDA Resource (printed) List and the TDA Resource (website) List unless specified otherwise.
