Mountain Top Quilters of Prescott, AZ, present “Everybody’s Hometown Quilt Show”, June 6 & 7, 2008, Fri. & Sat. 9-5 pm, at Yavapai College Gym, 1100 Sheldon St., Prescott, AZ, $5 admission daily.  Featured are 350 quilts; a Small Quilt Auction, Saturday at 1 pm; Quilt Turnings Fri. @ 10 am, 1 & 3 pm and Sat. @ 10am & 3 pm.; guild Boutique; vendors, with a light lunch available on site.   • Special Exhibit: "Alzheimer's: Forgetting Piece by Piece"
    A National traveling collection of 52 wall quilts created by caregivers and families affected by Alzheimer's. Each quilt depicts the love and loss of those affected by Alzheimer's disease.

  • Hourly Demonstrations
  • Door prizes throughout the show
  • Tickets available for our queen-sized donation quilt made by Red River Quilters guild members that features log cabins and fans in Civil War reproduction fabrics on a beige background.

Please join the Champlain Valley Quilters' Guild for a spectacular display of quilts, a wall of quilts silent auction, handmade crafts, quilt raffle, merchant mall, several special theme quilt displays, demonstrations, and refreshments.  Admission $6.  Ample free parking.

 

As a Special Exhibit, we are presenting a display of the moving Ground Zero Tribute Quilt made by fabric artist Lois Jarvis of Madison, Wisconsin
