Description:  In this class, you’ll explore the timeless technique of needle-turn appliqué while creating a beautiful reproduction of a charming historical Log Cabin, a Baltimore Album block originally designed in the 1840s. This fascinating block is believed to have been made as part of the Harrison presidential campaign, a historical event and piece of American history expressed through fabric and thread. From its quaint architectural form to its playful, meaningful details, this design offers a rich visual story and a rewarding creative challenge and is also the perfect companion block to the Maryland Manor House we stitched earlier in the beloved TAS Baltimore Album program. Pattern $30, Kit $65 and shipping $10 Please email Rita at ritaverroca@yahoo.com
